These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QamarEdu platform. By using QamarEdu, you agree to these Terms.
QamarEdu provides a cloud-based school management platform including student information management, billing, attendance, parent communication, and analytics modules. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.
You agree to use QamarEdu only for lawful purposes, maintain the security of your account credentials, ensure all data entered complies with applicable privacy laws, and not attempt to access other institutions' environments.
All data you input into QamarEdu remains your property. We act as a data processor on your behalf. You may export your complete data at any time. We do not use your institution's data to train machine learning models or for any purpose other than delivering the service.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice. Overdue accounts may be suspended after a 14-day grace period.
We target 99.9% monthly uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance windows announced at least 48 hours in advance. Downtime credits may be applied at our discretion for failures below this threshold.
QamarEdu and all related software, designs, and trademarks are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QamarEdu's liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach, non-payment, or violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riyadh, KSA, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
